Rowing - CYC Celtic Regatta
This week's update brings us the refreshing news that we were able to attend CYC's Celtic Regatta with light winds, a calm sea and sunshine as a nice change ! ESC entered the Mens , Ladies, Mixed and Novice races resulting in us experiencing some super rowing but also demonstrating how competitive the inter c lub racing

Safety Boat Training Report
We were lucky once again to have the fantastic resources at the Club to run another round of Safety Boat Training and what a weekend it was! A huge thanks to our brilliant trainers Matt and Paul, whose calm, patient and expert approach made the course both highly informative and great fun.
