Club catering facilities

It has been a long time coming, but eventually and safely, we are delighted to let you know that the Clubhouse catering facilities are beginning to open.

However, a note of caution it is incumbent on us all to observe the social distancing rules. We do not have an ESC team to berate you if you fall foul of the current rules. It is the responsibility of us all to maintain the correct social distances.

Until further notice please do NOT invite visitors to the club as it makes track and trace procedures more difficult.

Bar service

Ollie will be operating a Bar menu service from the Wet Bar for consumption outside on the terrace and balcony. This will be table service only due to new COVID restrictions that have come into place. The team will be able to take your orders see latest COVID guidelines by following this link.

We have set up an ordering app using Dines. When ordering food or drinks at the club we would prefer you to use this app which can be accessed by scanning the QR code displayed on your table. We will continue taking drinks and food orders as usual by pen and paper at your table but we would prefer to get you using the app.

Allergies & Intolerances

If you require information regarding the presence of allergens in any of our food and drink, please ask one of the team. Whilst a dish may not contain a specific allergen, due to the wide range of ingredients used on our premises, foods may be prepared in the presence of ingredients which do contain allergens. Dining-in at ESC booking a table

We are delighted to open the restaurant again and look forward to welcoming you back from Thursday 6th August. We will be offering a table only service in the restaurant. Initially it will be for a trial period but as we progress through the month, we intend to expand the days and the timings if the restaurant is financially successful & most importantly, 'safe' for members and staff alike

  • Please phone Ollie on 01243 373065 or email to book a table.
  • Max. number of 6 people per table.
  • Each table from no more than 2 separate households/support bubble.
  • Guests welcome so long as they are accompanied.
  • Please don't be tempted to move furniture around to make larger groups.
  • Ollie's staff will be wearing safety visors, they won't be wearing gloves don't be alarmed they will be hand sanitising each time they enter and leave the kitchen.
  • On arrival please enter the Club through the main side gate (not the front door) and enter the building via the Wet Bar entrance.
  • One of Ollie's team will check you in, ask you some simple medical questions, explain any special procedures that are in place and show you to your table.
  • All food and drinks will be served at your table. If you require drinks, food or any other item, please ask your waiter/waitress.
  • A disposable menu will be provided on each table.
  • The ground floor toilets (male and female) are available to diners. The first floor ladies loo is closed.
  • Please use common sense and allow people the space to pass freely and observe appropriate social distancing at all times.
  • You will not be required to wear a face mask within the Clubhouse, this remains your personal choice.
  • As in the Wet Bar the use of cash is discouraged, please use appropriate cards (credit/debit or ESC cards) for your transaction.

Takeaway and delivery

Want to enjoy the great Club food provide by Ollie and the team. Fear not! Ollie is providing a takeaway service to members.

On Fridays you can get gorgeous home cooked meals ready for the oven. Order before 1800 on Wednesday and take a look at the menu and order for pickup on Friday from his online store

Ollie is providing a delivery service for those who are vulnerable and self isolating and unable to get to the Club house to collect.

On Friday nights why not grab a pizza or Fish and Chips from hot food pick up service. Call to order!
