This event is open to sailors under the age of 21 on the 19th April 2019 competing in dinghies with a PY number greater than 1045. The intention is to run separate fleets for Oppies, RS Tera, RS Fevas, Slow and Fast Handicap subject to there being six entries in a fleet.
